Order Processing

Once you place an order, the orders are processed and prepared it for shipping within the next working day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

New Zealand

Standard Shipping: (Estimated delivery: 9-17 business days).
Direct Line: (Estimated delivery: 6-12 business days).

Australia

Standard Shipping: (Estimated delivery: 9-17 business days).
Direct Line: (Estimated delivery: 6-12 business days).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

The Lube needs to be delivered separately.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment through our website or directly on the carrier's site.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

For lost packages, we recommend waiting 7 business days past the expected delivery date before contacting us, as delays can occur.

Change the Shipping Address after placed my order?

You can cancel your order before the order status changes to Shipped (we ship out the order very quickly).

If you change address, you must contact us with title "Change Address".
